Mark utilizes his more than 25 years of experience to coach senior executives in understanding the strategic and operational imperatives related to identity, diversity and multiculturalism in business and civic affairs. He utilizes diagnostics, research, multimedia and conceptual frameworks to help senior executives who are struggling, underperforming or in crisis with individual staff relationships, work teams or customer related identity or diversity challenges.
